Any personal information shared during your order process — including your name, shipping address, email address, and personalization details — is used only for completing and shipping your order, communicating about your purchase, and providing customer support if needed.
I do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties except when necessary to complete your order (such as shipping services or Etsy payment processing).
Personalized information and custom design details are used solely for creating your order.
Payments are processed securely through Etsy, and I do not have access to your payment information.

My yard flags are all customizable with your name and/or address. Please be sure to leave your font choices and the text to be added. PLEASE double check your spelling - I copy/paste all information for accuracy. No refunds will be given for spelling errors.
PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR ETSY MESSAGES AND EMAIL.
I will send a preview the day before I ship your item. If I don't receive any replies in that time, the order will be shipped the next morning.
If you are interested in a flag or bookmark with a special image or message please send me a message here on Etsy. I'm happy to discuss these requests, though I can't accept all requests.
No refunds will be extended for any digital download products.
Refunds will only be offered for physical items if there is an error made during production - if a replacement isn't feasible.
Most orders are made and shipped within 3 business days. I will ONLY ship to the address on the order, no address changes can be made post order. You will receive a tracking number via email and Etsy message when your order is handed over to the postal service.

I am based in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, USA. In very rare cases where you may live very close, a meet up for hand delivery may be possible. If this applies to you please message me BEFORE checking out and paying, I will provide a coupon code for free shipping.
Please do not attempt to use a coupon code from the internet or one of the coupon searching toolbars.
I have sales running very often and occasionally I will send a special coupon out. If a coupon code is used that is not currently one I have in my shop for all customers, I will cancel your order without notice.
If you have a coupon code from me, please be sure you enter it before checking out. I can not add a coupon after payment - shop owners have no access to the payment system on Etsy.
